Council of Governor's meet 4 times a year to conduct Multiple District affairs. The first meeting will be held in Lethbridge, Alberta July 25th/26th, 2nd meeting will be held in conjunction with District 37-N's convention in Missoula, Montana October 9th/10th, 3rd meeting held along with the MD37 Conference being held in Bozeman, Montana January 22nd/23rd, 2009. The final meeting will be held with the MD37 Convention being held in Havre, Montana May 2009.
